Privacy Policy
Teen Patti Nexus is a social card game published by iPyrrhic Tech Studios (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the game collects, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and how you can delete it. If anything here is unclear, write to ipyrrhictech@gmail.com.
1. What we collect
Information the game creates for your account
- A device identifier — a random ID the app creates when it is first installed, used to find your guest account again on that phone. It is not your phone's hardware ID or IMEI.
- Your player profile — an internal player number, display name, the portrait or dealer you choose, level, experience points and game statistics.
- Your game and wallet records — hands played, bets, wins and losses, coin and gem balances and every change to them, rewards claimed, spins, and messages in your in-game inbox.
- Device details — platform (Android), the device model name, the app version and your chosen language.
Information you give us
- If you sign in with Google: your Google account's unique ID, email address, name and profile picture link. We never receive your Google password.
- If you create an email account: your email address and a password, which we store only as a one-way hash.
- A profile photo, if you upload one or choose to use your Google profile picture. We store our own re-encoded copy, with its metadata (such as location) removed.
- Messages you send to support, and the account details the app adds to them.
Information collected automatically
- Purchases — when you buy coins, gems or a VIP membership, Google Play handles the payment. We receive a purchase token, order ID and product ID so we can verify the purchase with Google and deliver it. We never receive your card or bank details.
- Advertising — the game shows rewarded video ads through Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID, IP address and ad-interaction data. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Analytics and crash reports — Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collect app events (for example, “a hand started”), device and app information, and crash logs, so we can understand how the game is used and fix bugs.
- Push notifications — if you allow notifications, Firebase Cloud Messaging gives your phone a registration token that we store with your account so we can send you messages. You can turn notifications off in the game's Settings or in Android Settings at any time.
- Server logs — our servers record your IP address and the requests your app makes, to keep the service secure (for example, to stop repeated password guessing) and to diagnose faults.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos (other than one you choose to upload), microphone or camera.
2. How we use it
- To run the game: create and keep your account, seat you at tables, deal cards, settle hands and keep your balances correct.
- To deliver purchases and rewards, and to verify that they are genuine.
- To keep the game fair and safe: detect cheating, fraud, abuse and multiple-account exploits, and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To show rewarded ads you choose to watch, and to credit their rewards.
- To send you in-game and push messages about rewards, events and your account (only if notifications are on).
- To answer your support requests.
- To understand how the game is used and to fix bugs and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the game, under their own privacy terms:
- Google — Google Play (payments and subscriptions), Google Sign-In, AdMob (advertising), Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Cloud Messaging. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure — where our servers and database run (United States).
- Our email provider — to send confirmation and password-reset codes to email accounts.
Other players see your display name, portrait, level, VIP badge and your play at the table. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our players and ourselves.
4. How long we keep it
- While your account is open, we keep its information so the game works.
- When you delete your account, it is scheduled for deletion and you have 30 days to change your mind — signing in again in that time lets you restore it. After 30 days (or straight away if you choose “start fresh”), the account is closed for good: your Google sign-in, email and password, devices, sign-in sessions, notification tokens, profile photo and name are removed, and the account can never be signed into again.
- What we keep after deletion: the record of coin, gem and purchase transactions and of hands played, under an anonymous player number. We keep it because it is a financial and anti-fraud record, and because other players' hand histories include those hands. It no longer contains your name, email or sign-in details.
- Game usage events that the app sends to our own servers (for example, which screen a video was watched from) are deleted after 90 days.
- Server logs are kept for a short period for security. Backups are kept for up to 14 days and then overwritten, so deleted information disappears from them within that time.
- Google and our other service providers keep the data they collect according to their own policies.
5. Your choices and rights
- Delete your account in the game: Profile → Account → Delete Account. You can also ask us by email — see how to delete your account.
- See, correct or get a copy of your information by writing to us from the email address or Google account you sign in with, or from the app (Profile → Settings → Help & Support).
- Change your name or photo in the game at any time.
- Turn off push notifications in the game's Settings or in Android Settings.
- Limit ad personalisation in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, or Nepal's Privacy Act), you may have further rights, such as to object to or restrict processing, or to complain to a data-protection authority. We will answer requests within 30 days.
6. Security
Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS and secure WebSockets). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, sign-in tokens are stored hashed and expire, and access to our systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.
7. Age
Teen Patti Nexus is a simulated-casino game intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
8. Where your information is processed
Our servers are in the United States, and Google may process information in other countries. Wherever it is processed, we protect it as this policy describes.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the game when a change is significant.
