Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and iPyrrhic Tech Studios (“we”, “us”) for using Teen Patti Nexus (the “game”). By playing, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old, and allowed to play social casino games where you live. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.
2. Virtual coins and gems — no real money
- Coins and gems are a limited, personal, revocable licence to use virtual items inside the game. They are not money or property, have no cash value, and can never be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged, sold or cashed out, whether through us or anyone else.
- The game offers no real-money gambling and no prizes of real value. Success in the game does not imply success at real-money gambling.
- Purchases are made through Google Play and are final, except where Google Play's refund policy or the law says otherwise.
- We may change prices, rewards and the value of virtual items, and balances may be lost when an account is deleted or closed.
3. VIP memberships
VIP memberships are Google Play subscriptions. They renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Deleting your game account does not cancel a subscription.
4. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, collude, use bots, scripts, modified clients or exploits;
- move chips between accounts, sell or buy accounts or virtual items outside the game;
- harass other players or use offensive names or photos;
- interfere with the game's servers or other players' enjoyment.
We may warn, suspend, ban or close accounts that break these rules, and remove virtual items obtained by breaking them.
5. Computer players
Some seats may be filled by computer-controlled players to keep tables moving. They play by the same rules and cards are always dealt fairly by our server.
6. Your account and deleting it
You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Account → Delete Account). You have 30 days to restore it by signing in again; after that it is closed for good. See Delete your account and the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and availability
We may update, change or stop the game or parts of it, and update these terms. We will tell you in the game about significant changes. The game is provided “as is”; to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the loss of virtual items.
